Exchanges and Returns(Short Version)

To exchange or return any purchase made in one of our stores, the reason must be a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within the established period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Exchanges or returns of products that show signs of use beyond simply opening the packaging will not be accepted.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product (if it cannot be delivered directly to our facilities).

The product in question, after arriving at our stores, will be sent back as soon as the customer places a new order.

If intentional damage or misuse of the product is identified, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange, return or refund.
